At Rose to the Occasion, we understand that circumstances change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how you can cancel scheduled deliveries, our refund policies, and how we handle missed deliveries. We strive to be fair while maintaining sustainable business practices with our local florist partners.
You may cancel any scheduled delivery at any time before the charge window closes (7 days for regular deliveries, 14 for birthdays/anniversaries, 21 for major holidays). There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
If you skip after the charge window, you receive full credit for a future delivery—credits never expire.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
Partial refunds (50% of delivery cost) may be issued in the sole discretion of Rose to the Occasion.

What constitutes a missed delivery: A missed delivery occurs when our local florist partner is unable to complete delivery at the scheduled time and has not made alternative arrangements.

Note: Deliveries missed due to recipient unavailability are not eligible for refund if florist followed proper procedure. Flowers will be returned to the shop when weather conditions would damage them (extreme heat and cold), and you will receive redelivery at no additional cost.
Major holidays may affect delivery availability. Our local florist partners may have limited capacity during peak periods.
