Welcome to Rose to the Occasion. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our flower delivery subscription service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.
By creating an account, accessing our website, or using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Rose to the Occasion provides a subscription-based flower delivery service ("Service") that connects customers with local florists for recurring flower deliveries. Our service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time without prior notice.
As a user of our service, you agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized that activity.
Subscriptions continue on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and any deliveries already paid for will be completed.
You may schedule deliveries based on your selected frequency. Special occasion dates may be added at any time, subject to florist availability.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier at any time. Changes will take effect with the next scheduled delivery.
You may add, edit, or remove recipients from your account. Changes to recipient information must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
Flowers are delivered according to your selected schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Each delivery is billed individually based on your selected tier and any customizations:
Custom arrangements and specialty upgrades up to $1,000 per delivery are available. Final pricing is confirmed when your order is placed.
Payment for each delivery is processed when your order is confirmed. This ensures your florist has adequate time to prepare the freshest arrangements. You will receive a confirmation before each charge.
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your payment information is stored securely for ongoing deliveries, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for each delivery.
If you skip a delivery before the lock period (5 days before delivery, or 10 days during major holidays), you will receive a credit for the full delivery amount. Credits are automatically applied to your next scheduled delivery and expire 12 months after issuance.
For delivery issues or quality concerns, please contact us within 48 hours to request a refund or replacement.
You may change your tier (Standard, Premium, or Luxe) or delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) at any time. Changes take effect on your next scheduled delivery. There are no fees for changing your plan.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to your next scheduled delivery.
If payment cannot be processed, we will attempt to collect payment for up to 7 days. Deliveries may be suspended if payment is not received.
Deliveries are fulfilled by local florist partners. We work with reputable florists who share our commitment to quality.
Our florists agree to deliver fresh, high-quality flowers arranged according to your selected tier. All deliveries include a care card and your personal message.
Due to seasonal availability, local florists may substitute flowers or containers with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design aesthetic.
If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
